• Location: The Hotel is a four star hotel in Downtown Rosario with full conference facilities.

• Registration: Registration will be at the Plaza hotel on Sunday 23 between 17:00 and 19:00 hr.. Copies of the workshop handouts will be given there.
• Reception: There will be a reception at the Jockey Club Rosario on Sunday August 23, from 19:30 to 21:30.
• Meals: Three meals are provided each day, which are included in your registration fee: breakfast is at 7:00-7:30, lunch at 12:00 and dinner is at 20:30. The Farewell Banquet will be Argentine Asado (with alternatives for vegetarians) on Thursday the 27th at lunch time.
• Weather: The weather in Rosario in August is mild. We expect the temperature to be around 15 plus or minus five Celsius, bring some rainy, sport and formal gear.
• Getting there:
• First fly (or otherwise get) to Rosario. There are direct flights to Fisherton International Airport or connections from Buenos Aires Aeroparque airport. A taxi cab from Fisherton to the hotel is around $15. Hotel shuttle busses are available. Inform Schiavon about your flight or bus arrival time, so you can be picked up. Car rental is available but not encouraged.
• For International travelers arriving via Buenos Aires it is suggested to flight to Rosario from Aeroparque (the commuter airport). Some airlines provide a bus service connecting Ezeiza and Aeroparque. Taxis are not recommended.
• Could also take a bus from Ezeiza, with Manuel Tienda Leon that puts you directly at the hotel in Rosario, the cost is about $50 and the duration of the ride is nearly five hours. Consult the local organizer with respect to schedules and reservations of this last service. There are bus services to Rosario from other Argentine, Brazilian, Uruguayan and Paraguayan cities.
