I completed my Ph.D. in Electircal Enginnering at the California Institute of Technology. My Ph.D. thesis is available for download here, while the corresponding Matlab code is here. My research activity is about object recognition; in particular I am working on algorithms for the automatic creation of semantic structures for visual data. My previous research activity was about 3D modeling of real objects. In particular, I worked on automatic registration of range and volumetric data, and on construction of 3D model using inexpensive hardware (common 2D cameras).
